We’ve built a full newsletter automation in n8n for an online influencer (400K+ followers). Automated scraping AI news via RSS, splitting articles, drafting emails with ChatGPT, and saving publish-ready newsletters to Google Docs.We included an image scraper using Apify, and handled the technical challenge of saving 20 scraped images per issue as attachments into Airtable.This system is triggered by an Airtable button and is capable of sending curated AI newsletters daily, saving ~$2,000/month in manual work while ensuring consistent, high-quality content delivery.
Content Idea Scraper & Repurposer
We’ve built a Make.com system to scrape content from any social media, newsletters, and RSS feeds using Apify, RapidAPI, and Airtable.Users can select accounts, post limits, or date ranges, and save ideas into Airtable. From there, built-in ChatGPT prompts repurpose saved content into posts, video outlines and more with one click.This system streamlines idea capture and repurposing for creators, helping me personally grow to 6,000 Twitter followers in 3 months by bringing me fresh content ideas daily.
Automated YouTube Video Research System
We’ve built a workflow in n8n for an influencer to automate daily YouTube news video research.Triggered via Airtable, it scrapes selected RSS feeds, filters for audience-relevant topics, uses Perplexity for research, and ChatGPT to generate titles, hook ideas, and summaries. It then formats structured outlines in HTML and saves polished Google Docs drafts using a custom API setup, bypassing n8n’s formatting limits.This system saves ~$1,500/month, replacing manual research with a ready-to-record video ideas list. Some YouTube videos created using this system exceeded 100,000 views.
